арифметический сдвиг
операция сдвига байта, регистра или слова, при которой знаковый разряд не изменяется, кроме того, при сдвиге вправо в освобождающиеся разряды заносится значение знакового разряда. Другими словами, эта операция соответствует умножению или делению на два в степени, равной числу разрядов сдвига, что иногда используется при оптимизации программы
